He started his career unknowingly after he was asked to fill in as a host at an event he was attending.  Before he knew it, the crowd started laughing continuously and by the end of the day he was asked to host another event as a comedian.

 

Comedian Big Daddy  Laugh-A-Lot, whose name is Jerry Cooke, said “I always knew God was going to allow me to use my life experiences, love for people, and the passion to make others smile as a platform to bring joy around the world.” Through his contagious humor, outrageous insight, and refreshing perspective Comedian Big Daddy Laugh-A-Lot has shared the stage with Actor and Comedian Palmer Williams, Small Fry of BET AKA Small Fire, Vickie Winans, and Comedian and Actress Lisa Mills of Lifetime, to name a few.  After competing in and winning the Award Winning Gospel Singer John P. Kee’s Showcase in 2012, he was personally asked to return to perform in his conference.
